Fritz is now retired and has moved to Vancouver Island
"Fritz" is a 15HH wonderful (and rare) line of Lipizzan. Walt Disney did a movie about the Lipizzan's being saved by General Patton during the second world war it's called "The Miracle of The White Stallions". Fritz's grandad, Conversano Soja, is in it. Disney was so impressed by these noble horses that he made sure that there are always to be Lipizzans on Disney properties so that they never disappear. Our purebred mare's mother pulled the Cinderella carriage in Disneyland Ca. Only the best are allowed to continue the line and Fritz is approved to breed to Lipizzan's by the director of the Spanish Riding school (Dr.Jaromir Oulehla).
Fritz's Sire and Dam were imported from Piber, Austria. His sire ,Favory Dubowina, was one of the few trained stallions ever sold by the Spanish riding school.
Fritz has sired several Lipizzan's that have excelled in Dressage, including Favory Alisia ll show successfully at the prix St George level, Favory Nada is a show stallion with the Royal Lipizzan travelling show based out of Florida. His show career has been extensive and impressive throughout the USA where he placed in the top 3 stallions with the USDS Lipizzan Society. Fritz has been shown successfully at Prix St George and Intermediare, as well qualified and shown with USDF Young Riders. He was also part of the Lipizzan Quadrille in Virginia and has been in Canada since July 2001. We will be offering both pure and partbred's for sale.
